It's amazing what you can see from the car window as you watch the world go by. . .

When my SatNav told me "In 200 yards, turn left". . .

. . .which would put me here. . .

. . .I couldn't help but feel that I would probably find the Emerald Palace faster than I would reach my destination going that route.  Perhaps it assumes I have an army of flying monkeys at my disposal?

These are the fields and meadow we could see from our cottage. I miss being able to see the horizon already. My daughter and her puppy spent most of their free time roaming the fields, playing in the streams and the rivers etc. As is evident in the pictures. And then there were the horses and the dogs that live on the farm . . . the perfect setting. I want to move there.
